Nepal Telecom reduces calling charges to India

The new rate is effective from midnight on December 30, according to Spokesperson Hari Dhakal.

KATHMANDU, Dec 31: Nepal Telecom has announced a reduction in calling charges to India, with a new rate of Rs 3.76 per minute excluding taxes.


The NT in a press statement Tuesday said the revised tariff applies to outgoing calls made using the access code 1424. The new rate is effective from midnight on December 30, according to Spokesperson Hari Dhakal.

Additionally, Dhakal said that the pulse rate for outgoing calls to India using the access code has been set at 60 seconds.
