Nepal SBI Bank appoints NMB Capital issue manager

KATHMANDU, Jan 21: Nepal SBI Bank Ltd has appointed NMB Capital Ltd as its issue manager.

The bank said in a statement that NMB Capital Ltd would manage the rights issue of 19,919,423.60 units of shares.

Nepal SBI Bank Chief Executive Officer Anukool Bhatnagar and NMB Capital Ltd Chief Executive Officer Shrijesh Ghimire signed a memorandum of understanding for their respective institutions, the bank said. T

he bank’s 22nd annual general meeting (AGM) authorized a rights issue to raise its paid up capital to Rs 8 billion, statement added.
