Ace Capital named issue manager for ADBL’s right issue

KATHMANDU, Aug 15: Agricultural Development Bank Ltd (ADBL) has signed an agreement with Ace Capital Ltd for its rights issue.

Issuing a statement, the commercial bank said that its CEO Leela Prakash Sitaula signed the agreement with Purna Chandra Dahal, managing director of Ace Capital, amid a ceremony on Sunday. The commercial bank is floating 19.69 million units of rights shares to its shareholders.
