KATHMANDU, May 31: As many as 6,491 people who had earlier tested positive for COVID-19 recovered on Monday.
The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) also recorded 4,762 new cases of COVID-19 today. As many as 15,055 PCR tests and 2,425 antigen tests were conducted on Monday.

Similarly, the health ministry also recorded 114 cases of fatality related to COVID-19 on Monday. With this, Nepal’s COVID-19 death toll stands at 7,383.
There are currently 106,470 active cases of COVID-19 across the country.
Kathmandu district recorded the highest of 890 new cases of COVID-19 among 77 districts of Nepal. Morang and Lalitpur districts also recorded 252 new cases each on Monday.
