KATHMANDU, May 24: Nepal Police Headquarters has instructed 19 policemen, who have been out of contact for months, to report to their respective offices within seven days.
The headquarters issued a notice on Friday, directing 19 policemen of various ranks missing for over two months to come to the contact with their respective offices within a week and provide an explanation.
Despite efforts to locate them, the headquarters stated that the policemen did not respond, and the necessary information was filed after completing the due process.
The headquarters has warned of removing them from the service if they failed to provide an explanation within seven days in accordance with police regulations.
