KATHMANDU, March 25: Ireland ‘A’ has set a modest target of 122 runs to the home team Nepal in the 1st T20 practice match.
Opting to bat first after winning the toss, Ireland managed to score 121 runs before being bowled out in 20 overs.

Stephen Doheny, the opener for Ireland, contributed significantly with 46 runs off 39 balls, including 4 fours and 2 sixes.
However, apart from Doheny, none of the other batters could make a notable impact. Nepal's bowlers Kushal Bhurtel, Gulsan Jha, and Lalit Rajbanshi claimed 2 wickets each, while Karan KC and Kushal Malla took 1 wicket each.
