Addressing a program organized in the Capital to mark the fifth establishment day of Tharu Journalists Association, Nembang said that the constitution is inclusive as it was promulgated by the erstwhile inclusive Constituent Assembly. "There is no history that has recorded any constitution promulgated with the participation of 90 percent people. But it is our country where such large number of people participated to promulgate the constitution," he said.
Nembang, also deputy leader of CPN-UML Parliamentary Party, urged protesting groups to join talks to sort out differences over the constitution in a peaceful manner.
He viewed that all should focus on implementing the constitution as the constitutional document is inclusive and has accommodated rights of all groups. RSS
