RPP-Nepal Chairman Kamal Thapa, lawmaker Ganesh Thapa and several other RPP-N cadres were injured in police action as RPP-N cadres forcibly tried to disrupt feedback collection.
Speaking at the outset of the legislature-parliament meeting on Thursday, RPP-N Chief Whip Dil Nath Giri had warned that RPP-N would not allow parliamentary proceedings until home minister gives convincing clarification over the incident in parliament.

He maintained that some hooligans under the protection of police personnel had indiscriminately attacked RPP-N Chairman Thapa and other party leaders.
RPP-N has also demanded a probe into the incident and to bring the culprits to justice.
Speaker Subas Nembang issued the ruling as RPP-N announced that it would not allow House sessions to resume until their demands are met.
