Mayor Singh pledged to address the crunch of teachers in the public schools at the earliest to prevent teaching-learning activities from being affected.

The team also made a surprise visit at the Narsingh Secondary School at ward no 14 and at the Shree Tri Judda Mahabir Prasad Raghubir Ram Higher Secondary School at ward no 4 in the Metropolis on Sunday itself.

Both of the public schools have initiated teaching-learning activities in English starting this academic session.
