At an interaction organized by the Fundamental Rights and Directive Principle Committee at Singha Durbar on Monday, Nembang said that the constitution would be promulgated on the slated timeframe as works of constitution have been moved ahead.[break]
He clarified that he was hopeful of finding a solution as serious discussions were underway of late.
Nembang further said, "Political parties will be responsible for the circumstances that arise if they do not engage themselves actively in constitution making when I have tried for making consensus among political parties continuously".
On the occasion, President of the Committee, Brinda Pandey said that all political parties should be flexible for peace process and constitution writing.
