Nembang, Dahal discuss obstruction in CC meeting

KATHMANDU, May 11: UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Constituent Assembly chairman Subas Nembang held a consultation on issues leading to the obstruction of meeting of the Constitutional Committee on Wednesday at Singha Durbar.



The leaders discussed on ways to resume the meeting that has been obstructed by the lawmakers Biswendra Paswan, Rukmini Chaudhary and Sadrul Miya Haq alleging the big parties of sidelining the fringe parties and demanding the rights of Dalits, Muslim and other marginalized group ensured in the new constitution.[break]



Maoist Chief Whip Post Bahadur Bogati and UML Chief Whip Bhim Acharya were also present in the meeting.



" We will take a decision on how to end the obstruction after consulting with the Chief Whip of Nepali Congress Laxman Ghimire," Bogati said.
