NEB publishes Grade 12 results

 About 51.91 percent of students  pass Grade 12

KATHMANDU, Aug 15: The National Examination Board (NEB) has published the results of Grade 12 exams. A meeting of the board held on Tuesday afternoon decided to publish the results.

A total of 467,389 students had attended the examinations which started on May 9 and ended on May 19 at 1,457 examination centers across the country. According to the NEB, over 56,000 students took the exams for grade improvement this year.

The NEB has already completed the work of registration and entry of the students' marks. Arrangements have been made to issue mark sheets to the students only if they get at least 35 percent marks in the theoretical part of each subject.

According to the NEB, only 51.91 percent have been graded (passed) considering the requirement of 35 percent marks. Similarly, 49.09 percent are non-graded, according to the NEB.

According to the NEB, the results will be accessible through its official website and various platforms of Nepal Telecom. The board has requested students to visit its website www.neb.gov.np or Nepal Telecom's website www.neb.ntc.net.np to view the results.

Likewise, the results can be obtained by dialing 1600 or by sending a text to 1601 of Nepal Telecom.
