Addressing an election assembly organized at Anandapur Chowk at Bharatpur Municipality-13 on Tuesday, Koirala said NC is all set to win the upcoming election there was no fear and terror from any one. [break]
The UCPN (Maoist) had won the election to the first Constituent Assembly (CA) terrorizing people, he added.
The NC president further added that people are disappointed with the communists and added that the UCPN (Maoist) could not stand in competition with NC.
He claimed that NC would promulgate new constitution within one year after bagging majority votes in the upcoming CA election.
Koirala is scheduled to return to Kathmandu today and come to Chitwan soon after the Tihar festival, according to NC, Chitwan.
