NC's consensus decision acceptable: DPM Koirala

BIRATNAGAR, Dec 5: Deputy Prime Minister Sujata Koirala said any decision made on the understanding between party president Sushil Koirala and senior leader Sher Bahadur Deuba would be acceptable to her.



Deputy Prime Minister Koirala came up with the remark while speaking at a press conference organized by Nepal Press Union, Morang chapter in Koirala Niwas Sunday morning.[break]



Making clear that there is no more any division in the Nepali Congress (NC), leader Koirala expressed confidence that all decisions will be made on consensus.



She commented that the Maoists´ decision in Palungtar plenum to go for revolt is merely an expression of warning.



DPM Koirala further said the Maoist-led government will be agreeable to the NC if they (Maoists) abide by all the past accords and understandings.
