KATHMANDU, April 19: The Nepali Congress (NC) has decided to boycott provincial assembly meetings in Gandaki Province until a decision is made by the Supreme Court (SC).
A meeting of the provincial parliamentary party of the Nepali Congress that convened on Friday decided to boycott the provincial assembly meetings.
NC Parliamentary Party Leader Surendra Raj Pandey has formally communicated this decision to provincial assembly Speaker Krishna Dhital by submitting a letter.
The province chief had called for the province assembly meeting to start at 3 PM today.
