KATHMANDU, Aug 27: Amid public outcry against soaring taxes, the Nepali Congress is orienting its local representatives on tax regulation criteria and coordination with citizens among others at the party's central office, Sanepa.
The assembly is being addressed by Dr. Shankar Sharma, former ambassador, Krishna Gyawali among others. Of the 753 local levels, Nepali Congress heads 189.
