Addressing an election gathering organized at Old Baneshwor of Kathmandu on Sunday, General Secretary Singh said that the first Constituent Assembly failed to bring constitution because the NC was not in government leadership.[break]
NC has made long struggle for the establishment of parliamentary and democratic system in the country, he said, adding that the authoritarian thoughts were also behind the failure of the last CA.
He claimed that his party has clear vision to bring economic development in the country after promulgating new constitution.
