BHAIRAHAWA, April 13: Nepali Congress (NC) leader Bal Krishna Khand has said that the Year 2073 should be made the year of constitution implementation and reconstruction.
Exchanging New Year greetings at a program organized in Butwal on Wednesday, Khand said the constitution should be implemented in cooperation with the major parties to lead the country toward prosperity.

Inaugurating the Nepali Congress Party Office, Tilottama Municipality chapter today, central member Khand accused the government of taking decisions without consulting the Nepali Congress even though the consensus among the major political parties is necessary for the implementation of the constitution.
He has also accused the ruling CPN-UML of politicizing the state machineries including administration, Nepal Army, courts, etc for its partisan gains.
Meanwhile, he stressed for a national consensus government to implement the constitution and lead the country toward prosperity.
