Radhe Shyam Adhikari has been appointed as the coordinator of the committee while Prakash Raut and Gopal Krishna Ghimire as the members.
The meeting also endorsed Manamohan Bhattarai as the member of the Constituent Assembly (CA), the seat which was lying vacant following the demise of Girija Prasad Koirala. The meeting has decided to sent the name of Bhattarai to Election Commission.
A meeting of the NC Parliamentary Party Board held at the residence of the party’s Acting President Sushil Koirala Thursday morning had taken a decision to fill the CA post.
According to NC spokesperson Arjun Narsingh KC, the meeting also discussed active membership disputes of the party which are seen in the various districts.
