KATHMANDU, Dec 28: The ruling Nepali Congress (NC) is holding its Central Working Committee today as well.

CWC members on Thursday engaged in discussions related to contemporary politics.

Under the chair of party President Sher Bahadur Deuba, Thursday’s meeting saw NC General Secretary Biswa Prakash Sharma presenting the agenda, according to NC Office Chief Secretary Krishna Prasad Poudel.

During the meeting, General Secretary Gagan Kumar Thapa presented the action plan for the ‘Congress campaign in the community,’ while Joint General Secretary Jeewan Pariyar provided insights into the Jajarkot earthquake and post-quake initiatives.

Thursday’s gathering witnessed the active participation of several central committee members, who shared their perspectives on various issues.

The NC CWC meeting will continue its discussions today, fostering a comprehensive exploration of critical political matters.
