KATHMANDU, Feb 18: The central working committee of the Nepali Congress (NC) has unanimously endorsed the party’s pledge document.
A virtual meeting of the party’s central committee held on Wednesday approved the pledge document for the upcoming House of Representatives election scheduled for March 5, 2026.

The party, which previously referred to its election document as a manifesto, has chosen to label it a “pledge document” this time.
The pledge document will be made public later today at a party gathering in Janakpur.
