NC calls central committee meeting after a year

KATHMANDU, July 5: Nepali Congress (NC)  has called a meeting of its central committee on July 12. On Wednesday,  the party’s President  Sher Bahadur Deuba along with  the vice-president  and general secretaries decided the date for the central committee meeting.

Earlier, the NC Central Committee meeting was held from July 11 to July 18, 2022. Acting Chief Secretary Pradeep Parajuli said that it has been decided to call a meeting of the central committee from July 12.

According to the party’s statute, the central committee meeting of the NC should be held every two months.
