KATHMANDU, May 19: A meeting of the National Assembly (NA) scheduled for 1:15 PM today has been put off by two hours.
According to Parliament Secretariat Assistant Spokesperson Dasharath Dhamala, the session has been rescheduled for 3:15 today.

The upper house session was put off as the meeting between the ruling parties and the major opposition Nepali Congress (NC) to finalize the mandate of a parliamentary committee to be formed to probe the alleged misappropriation of the cooperative funds by Home minister Rabi Lamichhane is still underway.
Prior to this, the lower house session was put off for 2:00 pm today.
