KATHMANDU, March 8: An Airbus A-320 aircraft of Nepal Airlines Corporation (NAC) which was flown from Kathmandu to Dubai by two female pilots, the country’s first, has returned to Kathmandu on Wednesday.
The NAC aircraft had flown to Dubai on Saturday, making Nepal’s first international flight with two female pilots. The flight was conducted by the team of Captain Bhawana Pant along with co-pilot Srijana Raut.

According to NAC, the plane which took off from Dubai to Kathmandu at 4:55 AM on Wednesday, landed in Kathmandu at 10.35 AM on Wednesday.
On the occasion of the 113th International Women's Day on Wednesday, the airline decided to conduct an international flight with all female crew members.
The women’s team was received by Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Sudan Kirati at the Tribhuvan International Airport.
