Morcha cadre's severed head found

BANKE, June 8: A cadre of Janatantrik Terai Mukti Morcha, an armed outfit operating in the Terai region, Ram Barma was killed by an unidentified gang on Friday morning.



His head was found, cut off from the body at Betahani-1, Santahaliya near the Nepal-India border this morning. The other parts of his body are yet to be recovered.[break]



A permanent resident of Hirminiya-2 of Banke district, Barma was on the most wanted list of the Nepal Police. The identity of his killers and motive for the murder are yet to be ascertained.



Police are investigating the case.
