URLABARI, July 26: The death toll from a pickup van accident that occurred at Ramitekhola of Morang Sunday has reached three.

Arjun Rai, 23, of Ramitekhola-9 who was critically injured in the accident passed away last night in course of treatment in Neuro Hospital, Biratnagar.

Siddhi Rai, 18, of Ramitekhola had died on the spot and Sandip Rai, 15, of Sakfara-1; Ilam breathed his last same day while being taken to Biratnagar for treatment.

Others seven injured in the accident are receiving treatment in Neuro Hospital, the Area Police Office Urlabari said.

A pickup can (Ko 1 Ja 1755) bound to Ramite Bazar from Tandi veered off the road near a cliff at Ramitekhola-2 and plunged into the Dhwase stream. RSS
