Also, the popular Nepali folk ensemble Kutumba performed a concert, including hit songs, from their past five albums.
Another attraction at the festival were classical and Kathak dances performed by Subima Shrestha and Sharaeh Bajracharya.
Another attraction of the event was the momo-eating competition, which saw an immense participation. Also, there was a beer-drinking competition.
Lobsang Mastala won the adult momo-eating competition for eating 13 momos in a single minute, while Himanshu Khetan won the kids’ momo-eating contest.
Similarly, Neha Shrestha won the momo-making competition, while Prabin Shakya received the award for the best momo.
In the beer-drinking competition, Gaurav Bista was declared the winner.
The event, which is organized annually by The Bakery Café, was held at the Bhrikuti Mnadap Gardens on Friday, 11- 5 pm.
The event, according to the organizers, is a unique celebration of Nepali contemporary food culture.
