KATHMANDU, August 4: The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA) has transferred 24 under secretaries and 11 section officers. The employees who have been serving in Kathmandu for a long time have been sent as Chief Administrative Officers (CAOs) at the local level.

Minister Aman Lal Modi said that the Ministry has transferred all the employees as CAOs to all the local governments of Madhesh Province.

The under secretary of the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Bed Raj Phuyal, has been transferred as the Chief Administrative Officer of Nagarain Municipality, Dhanusha.

Kaji Bahadur Bista of the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation has been transferred as the Chief Administrative Officer in Bideha Municipality of Dhanusha.

Devi Bahadur Bhandari of the Ministry of Land Management has been transferred to Mithila Bihari Municipality, Dhanusha, Ananta Kumar Basnet to Barahathawa Municipality, Sarlahi and Yogendra Dulal to Kataharia Municipality, Rautahat.

Under Secretary of National Planning Commission Narayan Raj Poudel has been transferred to Golbazar Municipality, Siraha and under secretary Gyan Hari Ghimire of Office of Prime Minister and Council of Ministers has been transferred to Dhanusha Municipality, Dhanusha.

Eak Narayan Sharma of Public Service Commission has been transferred to Gadhimai Municipality Rautahat, Keshav Sharma to Ramgopalpur Municipality, Mahottari, Umesh Kumar Pokharel to Manra Siswa Municipality, Mahottari, Devi Prasad Subedi to Bode Barsain Municipality, Saptari and Himalal Bhandari to Pacharauta Municipality, Bara.
