SINDHULI, May 13 : A 10-year-old boy died after being hit by a car in Dudhauli Municipality-8 on Monday.
According to police, the victim, Mandesh Sada of Dudhauli-7, Chihandanda, sustained serious injuries after being struck by a car (BAB 0188) en route from Katari, Udayapur, to Dakaaha. He died during treatment at Dudhauli Municipal Hospital in Sirthauli.

Police have taken the driver, 34-year-old Ram Kumar Rai, into custody for further investigation, said Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Suryaprakash Subedi.
