KATHMANDU, April 15: Minister for Women, Children and Senior Citizens, Uma Regmi has been undergoing treatment for head injury at Bir Hospital since Wednesday.
According to the Minister's sister Chali Kumari Sharma, Minister Regmi accidently injured her head while trying to sleep. She had been on bed rest at her official residence in Lalitpur after she developed a severe headache.
She was admitted to the country's oldest healthcare facility after she injured her head, said sister Sharma. The MRI report of Regmi revealed that she had a blood clot in the outer part of the cortex.
