KATHMANDU, July 22: Minister for Urban Development Narayan Khadka has refuted media reports that he has acquired permanent residency permit in any foreign country.

Issuing a press statement on Monday, Minister Khadka said although he lived in foreign country in the course of doctoral and post doctoral studies and research fellowship he never acquired PR.
Khadka said he has been constantly living in Nepal after the restoration of democracy in Nepal in 1990 despite having relatives abroad. He said he has not even visited his relatives since 20 years.
