At a press meet organized by the Revolutionary Journalists Association Kaski, in Pokhara on Wednesday, Minister Dhamala said as the party has already agreed in principle for peace and constitution, it is absolutely wrong for the Vaidya faction to say that the government surrendered when it has been implementing it.[break]
There can be differences of opinion and debate within a communist party, but to make accusations outside of the party is wrong, said Dhamala.
She said the new constitution should be drafted from the constituent assembly and it should be based on the people.
At the program presided over by Association Vice Chairman Tribhuwan Poudel, Treasurer Ram Prasad Timilsina and Secretary Bibhu Bhusal also expressed their views.
