MetLife Nepal opens two new agency offices

KATHMANDU, Aug 13: MetLife Nepal has opened two new agency offices in Itahari and Katari of Province 1.

Issuing a statement on Monday, the insurance company said that its Vice President and General Manager, Nirmal Kajee Shrestha, along with Chief Distribution Officer, Arun Basnet, inaugurated both the offices this week.

The offices will provide customers with services like application and premium collection, policy delivery and other support services to customers related to policy changes, reinstatement, customer inquiry handling, other document processing, according to the statement.

“We are delighted to open our new offices in Itahari and Katari and to play a role in the continued growth of these two vibrant communities and improving access to address their protection needs,” the statement quoted Shrestha as saying.
