KATHMANDU, Dec 14: Members of the Ram Chandra Poudel faction of Nepali Congress (NC) hooted and chanted slogans against Prime Minister and incumbent NC President Sher Bahadur Deuba when he arrived at a tea reception organized by Poudel on Tuesday.
At the tea reception organized at a party palace in Lainchaur for representatives of the General Convention earlier today by Poudel, members of his faction started hooting and chanting slogans against Deuba when he arrived at the reception.

The protest continued even after Deuba reached the stage. However, the Paudel faction NC cadres stopped after another presidential candidate Dr Shekhar Koirala entered the venue.
