KATHMANDU, April 5: The meetings of five parliamentary committees are being held simultaneously today.
A meeting of the Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Committee is being held at 11AM. In the meeting, the issues related to the Ministry of Forest and Environment, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Ministry of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Ministry of Water Resources and Ministry of Home Affairs will be discussed in relation to the bill made to amend some Nepal Acts.

Similarly, the meeting of the Legislative Management Committee, which will be held at 11AM, will discuss the Safe Transactions (First Amendment) Bill, 2080 BS with experts.
Similarly, in the meeting of the Education, Health and Information Technology Committee, which will be held at 1 pm, there will be a discussion with committee members regarding amendments and consolidation of laws pertaining to school education.
In the Women and Social Affairs Committee meeting at 10:00AM, there will be a discussion about the work being done by the Ministry on issues related to the management and reform of the Juvenile Correction Homes.
Furthermore, the International Relations and Tourism Committee held a meeting at 8AM focusing on discussions related to the proposed amendments to the Archives Preservation Act, 2046 BS.
