KATHMANDU, Aug 11: The Maoist Communist Centre Nepal(MCCN) has formed a five-member talks team under the coordination of central committee coordinator Nirman to hold talks with the government, on Sunday. Others in the team are central members Biswas, Jwala, Ajad and Atal.

The party had first held talks with the government on October 18, 2012. Following the talks, an agreement was reached that the government would treat the Centre politically and the Centre would surrender its weapons to the government. [break]

The Centre shared this information organizing an interaction in the capital city on Sunday.

However, party´s central secretariat member Saurav accused the government of not being honest for talks.

He further said if the government betrayed on talks, his party will not participate in the Constituent Assembly election.

Meanwhile, Chairman of Nepal Communist Party (Maoist), Matrika Prasad Yadav, argued that the November 4 Constituent Assembly in Nepal would not end constitutional crisis. So, his party would go for people´s struggle.

At a press conference at Sambad Dabali on Sunday, he said his party had made a seven point decision on August 7 and 8.

A press release distributed at the programme said the party´s demands are- end of unitary system, federalism with national identity, proportional representation, people´s republican constitution, need to dub corruption a national crime and others.
