MC victorious in Likhu Pike Rural Municipality

SOLUKHUMBU, June 29: Dumbar Bahadur Basnet of CPN (Maoist Center) has been elected as the chairman of Likhu Pike Rural Municipality of Solukhumbu in the second phase of local elections.

SOLUKHUMBU, June 29: Dumbar Bahadur Basnet of CPN (Maoist Center) has been elected as the chairman of Likhu Pike Rural Municipality of Solukhumbu in the second phase of local elections.

He garnered 1,136 votes by defeating Ram Bahadur Basnet of Nepali Congress (NC) who got 760 votes.

Likewise, Pramila Basnet of MC garnered 1,042 votes defeating Mina Devi Karki of NC who got 828 votes.
