Organizing a press meet at MPRO, Jawalakhel, on Monday, the robbers were made public along with cash, ornaments and other goods.
The arrested are Somba Tamang aka Rajesh, 33, originally from Nagdaha-6, Ramechhap district and Prithibi Bahadur Limbu, 40, originally form Nundhaki-3, Sankhuwasabha district.

According to Senior Superintendent of Police Rajendra Man Shrestha, who is also the chief of Lalitpur Metropolitan Police, the gang was active in the Valley, mostly in Lalitpur, since the last one and half years.
Based on a tip-off, a team of police led by inspector Rabindra Gurung raided the house where the suspects were lodged at midnight.
The police say Rajesh was the mastermind behind recent robberies in various places in the Valley. Rajesh, who operated a travel agency at Sankhamul, was convicted of robbery and sentenced to five year in prison. He was released in 2004 after serving the jail term.
Rajesh inspected house where the gang would barge in for robbery. He would take stock of the family members, pet animals, vehicles, neighbors and all other details. He would spend around 15 days to three months to survey the house.
According to the police, the gang had killed two pet dogs in different houses before carrying out robbery.
According to the police, on August 26, 2011, the gang robbed the house of Suman Singh Jadha, located at Bhainsepati, and took away jewelry and other valuables estimated at Rs 9.3 million.
On September 3 this year, they robbed the house of Dinesh Shrestha located at Dhapakhel and took away jewelry, laptop and other valuables worth Rs 1 million.
Similarly, on December 14 they had robbed Pratima Kayastha´s home and looted valuables worth Rs 1 million. They had poisoned the dog at Kayastha´s house before committing the robbery.
Likewise, they had also robbed a house at Bhadrakali-8, killing a dog in the house on October 11.
The police said the other three members of the gang would be arrested soon.
