'Martyr's dream not realized'

MANGALBARE, April 10: Chairperson of the Constituent Assembly (CA), Subas Chandra Nembang has stressed the need of unity among the political parties to deliver peace and constitution in the stipulated time.



Talking to journalists in course of offering garland to the statute of martyr Ratna Kumar Bantawa on the occasion of his 32nd memorial day on Sunday Chairperson Nembang expressed worry over the growing differences among the political parties leaving the peace process and constitution drafting to lurch. [break]



The then Panchayati regime had killed Bantawa in Ibhang VDC of Ilam in 2035 BS.



He added the dream nurtured by martyrs has not yet materialized.



Political parties should remove the persisting environment of distrust, he further said, expressing hope that ´Still we can promulgate constitution in the stated time´.



Martyrs´ dream come true only when the country will receive a new constitution after the accomplishment of peace process, claimed Chairperson Nembang.
