Maoists abducted UML cadre and Youth Force’s village in-charge in Pachugaun-3 Rana Bahadur Baduwal and UML cadres Dhan Bahadur Rokaya, Harish Rokaya and Min Bahadur Rokaya of Rowa VDC-7 and took them to a jungle where they were mercilessly thrashed and dumped them there, locals said.
UML Mugu chairman Gopal Bahadur Bam said Baduwal’s condition is critical.
