"Chairman (Pushpa Kamal Dahal) will again hold discussions over the issue, probably in the evening today, and finalize whether to propose a prime ministerial candidate or not," Barsha Man Pun, secretariat member of Unified CPN (Maoist) told myrepublica.com.

Dahal´s address will focus mainly on the achievements of the nine month coalition government headed by the Maoist party, while also clarifying the reasons behind the party´s decision to step down from government, according to Pun.
