Speaking with reporters after the meeting, UDMF leader Mahanta Thakur said that they have decided to continue the present coalition of Maoist and UDMF.
However, expressing reservations after the government registered a bill on amending interim constitution, other ruling allies--Nepali Congress (NC) and UML—have demanded that the PM should quit and pave the way for new consensus government.
The government on Wednesday had registered a proposal for extending the tenure of the CA for three months at the Legislature-Parliament.
