"They had assured that all problems will be resolved within two days of the Prime Minister´s resignation. Two months have passed since the Prime Minister´s resignation, but problems are still intact. Their obstruction has neither let a new government form nor let the parliament do its business," he claimed.
While mentioning that all rulers who tried to rule over people imposing autocratic system had sunk, Koirala said the Maoists should implement all the past agreements and engage in the country´s development process.
"Nobody will put faith in the Maoists before the paramilitary structure of YCL is dissolved, the seized property is returned and fighters are integrated," he said.
He expressed hope that the party´s 12th General Convention will unite the party rank and file emotionally.
