Jagat Mukhiya, 21, of Dangwang-1 of Pyuthan was nabbed for murdering Hemraj Bhandari of Khalji-1.
According to police, Mukhiya killed Bhandari at latter’s house on Saturday.
The accused was made public amidst a press meet on Monday.
Police investigation says that Mukhiya hacked Bhandari to death for keeping illicit relationship with his wife.
