The jeep, Na 1 Ja 3815, was coming towards Hetauda from Kathmandu and the motorcycle, Na 17 Pa 9591, was heading towards Kathmandu from Hetauda at the time of the accident. The accident took place at 12:15 p.m.
The deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Guman Singh Tamang of Manahara VDC-9, Bara district, police said. The jeep driver has been arrested for interrogation.
