PARSA, Aug 18: The police in Parsa Thursday arrested a man on the charge of murdering his teenage daughter.
Shiba Mukhiya Bin of Mahadevpatti of Parsa was taken into police custody for allegedly murdering his 14- year-old daughter Prabha Kumari.
The accused is suspected to have murdered his daughter on Wednesday night, District Police Office Parsa's Superintendent of Police Raju Babu Shrestha said. The police recovered the body of Mukhiya's daughter from the no-man's-land along the Nepal-India border near Mahadevpatti VDC of the district.
The motive behind the murder is yet to be known and investigation is underway, SP Shrestha said. RSS
