The deceased has been identified as Tulsiram Shrestha, 42 of Prithvinagar-5. [break]
According to District Police Office, Jhapa, Shrestha got the electric shock when he opened a refrigerator at his house early in the morning.
He was rushed to Mechi Zonal Hospital immediately after the incident.
However, he could not be saved.
