JHAPA, July 29: A 50-year-old man died after being electrocuted while connecting electric wires to an irrigation motor in Jhapa.

The incident occurred Monday night at Sitagadhi, Kachankawal Rural Municipality-7. According to DSP Khagendra Bahadur Khadka, the deceased, Arun Rajbanshi, died on the spot due to the electric shock.
