A car heading towards Naya Baneshwar from Maitighar knocked him down at Babarmahal at 8 pm, leaving him critically injured. He was rushed to the Neuro Hospital, Maitighar but succumbed to his injuries at 1 am, police said.[break]
The car has been impounded and its driver Prem Bahadur Tamang of Kavre arrested for necessary action.
