GULMI, May 1:  A man on Monday died after falling off a cliff in the district.

The deceased is 33-year-old Dipak BK of Malika rural municipality-2, said police.

Similarly, four people were injured in a lighting strike.

According to neighbors, BK died on the spot after he fell off a cliff while returning from Dewali pooja (Kulpooja).

Likewise, four family members sustained injuries when Hem Bahadur BK’s house was struck by lightning in Satyawati rural municipality, informed Police Inspector Daktar Prasad Chaudhari of Gulmi District Police Office.
